³Ô¹ÏÍø has ranked on the list with 800 of the highest scoring companies in the survey of 150,000 employees at multinational corporations in 57 countries. Companies were assessed on impact and image, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility. Employees were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employers to friends and family, and to assess other companies in their respective industries.

World¡¯s Top Female-Friendly Companies List

³Ô¹ÏÍø placed 38th of the 400 multinational corporations on the list. To rank companies as female-friendly, 85,000 women at multinational institutions were surveyed to rate their employers on gender equality in career advancement opportunities, parental leave and other gender-related topics. Survey participants also evaluated other companies in their respective industries that they believe stand out as champions of female professionals.
