Every year, SPTS’s Continuous Improvement Program culminates in an annual showcase day where teams of employees display and explain their projects to management and co-workers, and prizes are awarded for the best ideas to improve efficiency and sustainability throughout the organization. In 2018, six employees achieved their black belt Six-Sigma accreditation.
